Our MyORI SmartSecure labels can only be read by the MyORI SmartSecure app. The labels are built on existing technology that is connected to our secured cloud-based platform to ensure data integrity for product verification.
How do I verify the authenticity of a product?
Once our MyORI SmartSecure labels are successfully scanned, product details from the manufacturer will be displayed, such as photos, product specifications, and an expiration date, to help you verify the authenticity of the product.
Is the MyORI SmartSecure app free to download?
Yes. MyORI SmartSecure is a free app. It is available for download on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
Can all smartphones use the scanning feature?
All smartphones that are NFC-enabled are capable of using the MyORI SmartSecure scanning feature. iPhone 7 and above are NFC-enabled. For Android users, please check with your smartphone's manual or manufacturer.
Are counterfeit products a large problem in Malaysia?
